Thought: I have 4 plastic cards, RBS, Ovum, Barclaycard and even MBNA. I had been off sick for a few years and couldn' t stay informed about the payments and today all are at debt collection agencies. May possibly arrangements established with them all and I am now making the monthly payments.

My question is do i reclaim typically the charges created to my makes up about missed monthly payments, returned dd in addition to overlimit? If I will and do claim them should i direct my own letters to the the creditors or the debt collection institutions.
