Best Answer:Thanks for keeping us posted. But my bank has already flattly refused my claim of 2.5k. They make me sick. When I was pretty well off – I could have hed anything, credit card, loan you name it, they offered it. Ididnt need it then.
When my ex lost my house and spent the mortgage on his waife and strays. I found that he had taken out loan after loan in joint names (forged my signature) stole from my account (via the hole in the wall). I asked for help from my bank. They gave me 1100 overdraft, when I only earn 900 per month. They have f****d me up bigstyle. This all started because a couple of direct debit were paid and it took me over the £1100 by about £3.00. Now I cant change bank cos i dont think anyone would let me have an account.
I hate my bank and i hope they blooy loose this case. Just so I can phone them and have a bloody good laugh at them.
